No. We test, we analyze, we adjust, we re-test, until we find THE creative recipe that makes each account take off. And to get there, we have several strings to our bow: Creative Strategy – We scrutinize our clients' accounts from every angle and propose structured, actionable creative recommendations to maximize performance. Copywriting – We write scripts, storyboards and briefs calibrated to scale, down to the smallest comma. Video Production – We produce short vertical formats designed for performance (UGC, VSL, AI content, etc.), adapted to the codes of platforms like TikTok & Instagram, with one objective: capture attention and convert. Your missions What we expect from you En tant que freelance video editor specialized in UGC & VSL , you will be a key link in the performance of our campaigns. Tes missions incluront : Performance-oriented UGC editing Transform raw footage (creators, clients, existing assets) into ads that capture attention from the first second and convert. Hook, rhythm, storytelling: nothing is left to chance. Montage VSL (Video Sales Letter) Structure and edit long or semi-long videos designed to sell: fluid narration, visual dynamism, tempo management, impactful overlays… You know how to keep attention while maximizing conversion. Creative Optimization Adapt your edits to platform codes (TikTok, Reels, Meta Ads). You understand what makes a video perform: pattern interrupt, pacing, subtitles, sound design, etc. Variations & Iterations Create multiple variations from the same concept to test different hooks, angles, rhythms. For us, one creative = multiple tests. Collaboration with the creative team Work hand in hand with Creative Strategists to bring concepts and scripts to life. You don't edit "in your corner": you contribute to overall performance. Your skills Profile sought Solid experience in UGC and/or VSL video editing oriented toward performance. Appetite for motion design. Mastery of social ads codes (TikTok / Meta). Excellent understanding of rhythm, storytelling and retention. Ability to transform simple footage into ultra-engaging videos optimized for conversion. Good marketing sensitivity (you understand what sells, not just what is "beautiful"). Autonomy, speed of execution and attention to detail. No spelling mistakes or safe zone errors. Ultra important : respect des deadlines !
