Working remotely with potential onsite visits, the HEDIS Reviewer II will participate in reviewing and abstracting medical records to support HEDIS quality reporting and CMS performance measures while maintaining productivity and accuracy in data entry. Key responsibilities Review and abstract clinical information from assigned medical charts for quality reporting Coordinate with provider offices for scheduling, record submissions, and follow-ups Utilize software systems for data entry, ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Medical knowledge and terminology required 1-3 years of experience in medical record auditing and abstraction Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and Adobe Reader Reliability in transportation for occasional travel to provider offices Virtual Vocations Inc
