Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Los Angeles, CA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions for orthopedic, neuromuscular, vestibular, and post-surgical conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, delivering therapeutic exercise and manual therapy, educating patients on injury prevention and home programs, and documenting care in a clear, defensible manner. The Physical Therapist will contribute to measurable functional outcomes, maintain patient compliance, and uphold clinic standards for professional, patient-centered service. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply evidence-based practice in an outpatient setting. Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation, including orthopedic, neuromuscular, and post-surgical care. Proven Patient Care skills, with a focus on safety, empathy, cultural competence, and effective communication. Ability to design and monitor home exercise programs that support functional progress and adherence. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. Current California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain) and CPR/BLS.
