Job Title: General Laborer – Steel Warehouse
Shift: Mid Shift (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our steel warehouse team as General Laborers. This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience or training—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that offers long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading steel materials
- Move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment (training provided on-site)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Support team members and supervisors with general warehouse tasks
Requirements:
- No prior experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may include heat, cold, and noise)
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to work mid-shift hours (11:30a start time) to learn
