Service Technician - Beverage Equipment

Service Technician - Beverage Equipment will play a dual role supporting Lyons Beverage Systems' operations in the Minnesota market. This position splits time between shop-based refurbishment of juice equipment returned from the field and direct field service calls to maintain and repair equipment at customer locations throughout the area.

Pay Range $25.00 - $29.00/hour

Hours: Monday - Friday

Schedule: 7:30 AM 4:30 AM

Location: Burnsville, MN

Travel Requirements: Up to 25%

Work environment: In Shop and Remote

Requirements

• Inspect, diagnose, and refurbish juice dispensing equipment returned from the field, returning units to service-ready condition
• Install, maintain, and repair beverage dispensing equipment of all types at customer locations in the area
• Execute established protocols for recordkeeping and documentation of all service activities, both bench and field
• Service call logging, inventory tracking, parts ordering, and shipping coordination using standard business software
• Maintain company-provided service vehicle in a clean, organized, and well-stocked condition
• Represent Lyons Magnus professionally in all customer interactions
• Weekend availability and occasional travel may be required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in basic electrical knowledge, light plumbing, and general mechanical repair
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make sound decisions independently in both shop and field environments
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with beverage dispensing or similar electromechanical equipment preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physical strength and dexterity to complete equipment service and repair tasks independently
• Clean driving record required

Education and/or Experience

• High school or equivalent.
• Prefer 2 years' experience in basic electrical knowledge, light plumbing, or general mechanical repair
