\nAs part of the Gastonia Parts Plant team, you are responsible for providing electro-mechanical support. \nTypically requires high school diploma or equivalent.\n
\n
\nResponsibilities:\n
\n
\nInstall and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment\n
\nAble to trouble-shoot Robotic, PLC and Servo Drive Controls \n
\nPerform repairs on CNC Machining Centers, CNC Punches, Brake Presses, Progressive Stamping Presses and Automated Manufacturing Systems \n
\nKnowledge of Air Compressors, Boiler Systems, Chiller Systems, HVAC Equipment and Industrial Electrical Systems \n
\nAble to install and set-up AC-DC motors and controls\n
\nExtensive knowledge of automated industrial manufacturing equipment\n
\n
\nBasic Required Skills & Experience:\n
\n
\nDocumentation substantiating 8 years of practical experience in the Industrial Maintenance field Exceptional working knowledge of Industrial Maintenance (electrical and mechanical technologies).\n
\nPractical knowledge of Preventive Maintenance Systems and Root Cause Failure Analysis.\n
\nApplicants will be required to take a skilled trades test during trial period.\n
\nAbility to perform all the essential functions of the job with reasonable accommodations provided, if necessary.\n
\nHands on experience with mechanical and electrical tools used in the maintenance trade. \n
\nAble to operate power tools, cranes, man lifts, scissor lifts, welders, burn torches, drill presses and hydraulic presses.\n
\nPractical experience with electrical meters, oscilloscope and general maintenance tools.\n
\n
\nBasic Preferred Skills & Experience:\n
\n
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n
\nTechnical degree\n
\n Journeyman Card and documentation showing a "Bona Fide" Apprenticeship equaling 4 years' experience in skilled trades\n
\n
