Recruiting Assistant - Entry Level TESIM Electric is looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to help grow teams supporting high-impact electrical construction work. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, and helping people move through a great candidate experience. What you will do Support job posting, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and recruiting communications. Keep candidate records organized and up to date in our hiring system. Help coordinate onboarding documents and recruiting events. Work closely with the HR and recruiting team on fast-moving hiring priorities. What you bring High school diploma or GED required. College coursework is a plus. Strong organization, follow-through, and professional communication. Comfort with email, calendars, and basic office software.
