Director of Splunk Practice & CCaaS Innovation
Lever, Inc.
TTEC Digital seeks a Director - Splunk Practice Leader to launch and scale a Splunk consulting capability. You will blend Splunk architecture expertise with CCaaS experience to improve observability, security, and customer experience. Initially hands-on with market development, you’ll shape offerings, win first engagements, and eventually lead a high-performing practice. You’ll own strategy, delivery methodologies, and partnerships with Splunk and Cisco, driving growth, quality, and client #J-18808-Ljbffr Lever, Inc.
