Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to the department, including invoice and office related management, meeting coordination, and internal and external follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings and routine communications with internal departments/branches and external service providers, including legal counsel and financial institutions.
• Process and maintain routine records and provide a necessary statistical analysis for the senior management's review.
• Draft, update, and organize internal correspondence, reports, and materials with high accuracy.
• Track internal action items and support follow-ups to ensure department workflows and timelines were met.
• Assist colleagues in preparing and optimizing administration worksheets, risk data and reports.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Two or more years' experience working within office administration, operation and risk control functions.
• Experience interacting with legal counsel, internal auditors, law enforcement, regulators, and examiners on administration issues.
• Experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders and managing work to achieve strategic goals.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English preferred.

Pay Range

Actual salary is commensurate with candidate's relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.

USD $60.00 - USD $80.00 /Hr.
