Hospice RN OC TeamThe Hospice RN OC Team in Franciscan Health is responsible for providing total comprehensive nursing to patients and their families through the development of a plan of care. The RN develops these patient-specific plans by performing psychosocial/physiologic assessments, considering patients' cultural/ethical/spiritual needs. The Hospice RN integrates knowledge, skills, and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
