Requirements

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a dental or medical office environment (Dental experience is highly preferred).
Software Skills: Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix) and familiarity with insurance payer portals.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; specific certification in Dental Administration is a significant advantage.
Core Competencies: Exceptional verbal communication, a "people-first" mindset, and meticulous attention to detail regarding billing and records.

Job Description

Patient Experience Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing check-in/check-out and optimizing the clinical schedule for maximum efficiency.
Insurance & Billing Mastery: Conduct detailed insurance verifications, eligibility checks, and benefit breakdowns to ensure patients understand their coverage.
Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the collection of copays and balances; manage the submission and follow-up of insurance claims.
Operational Oversight: Manage multi-line phone systems and patient records while maintaining seamless communication between the front office and clinical staff.
Financial Reporting: Assist in daily reconciliation and provide operational reports to track the practices health.

Benefits
