How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Deliver compassionate, direct patient care under RN supervision, ensuring every individual's daily needs and comfort are met with dignity.
• Monitor and track vital signs and patient responses to provide the clinical team with the real-time data necessary for safe, effective interventions.
• Document the patient's journey and clinical observations accurately to maintain high-quality medical records and seamless care transitions.
• Collaborate with your preceptor to refine care plans, using your frontline observations to help shape the best possible outcomes for your patients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned, including preparing/transporting patients for diagnostics and supporting a clean, safe healing environment.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED required. Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer.
