Job Summary


We are seeking an AI Consultant to help organizations identify, design, and implement artificial intelligence solutions that address business challenges and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in AI and machine learning with business consulting skills to translate client needs into practical AI strategies and solutions.


Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business objectives, processes, and pain points.
• Assess opportunities where AI, machine learning, and generative AI can create business value.
• Develop AI strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Design AI-powered solutions using modern AI technologies and cloud platforms.
• Build and deploy machine learning models and generative AI applications.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, software developers, and project managers.
• Advise clients on AI governance, ethics, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
• Monitor AI solution performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Consulting.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
• Experience with Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• AI or cloud certifications.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
• Consulting experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, retail, manufacturing, or telecommunications.
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives.
