Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Newtown Square, Broomall, and Bryn Mawr offices. The Physical Therapist assesses, treats, and manages patients with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient clinic setting. This role involves developing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and patients, providing patient education, supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides, and serving as a resource for the Physical Therapy team. This is a PRN role.

Key responsibilities include assessing patient condition and establishing goals, treatments, and care plans in conjunction with physicians, patients, and families; ensuring appropriate treatments are performed in an interdisciplinary manner, consulting with physicians on patient care; documenting findings, treatments, and other patient information accurately in the medical record; educating patients and families on therapies, exercises, and home care instructions; serving as an information and education resource for patients, families, and staff; supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides; and supporting ongoing education and professional development of the Physical Therapy staff.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree and current certification as a physical therapist, a current Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania, and a BLS Certificate Required. Experience in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic is preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
