Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit, with at least one year of experience. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment, with flexible floating within scope of practice.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit.
• Float to other acute care units as needed, within scope of practice.
• Adhere to facility protocols, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Work night shifts (3x12 hours) from 19:00 to 07:00.
• Comply with holiday and RTO policies, including working major holidays as required.
• Complete all onboarding modules and compliance documents within deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active GA or Compact nurse license at time of submission.
• Minimum of one year of recent acute care experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown.
• Demonstrate compliance with travel and onboarding requirements.
• Capable of working night shifts and flexible floating to other units.
• Meet all facility-specific credential and certification standards.
