Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse - Medical/Surgical

Location: Pulaski, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 19:00-07:00. Weekend hours will rotate every other weekend unless there is a need for additional coverage.

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to a diverse patient population, primarily adults and geriatrics, in a 95-bed acute care facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment.
• Administer medications and monitor patient health and vital signs.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Manage patient documentation and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist in procedures and provide support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required.
• 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience preferred.
• Must pass Tennessee Abuse Registry check prior to start date.
