- Compensation: - $200,000 - $222,000 based on experience- Productivity and Quality Metric Bonuses- Relocation Assistance available- Sign-on bonus for the right candidate

- Additional Info: Join a community health center providing high-quality bilingual primary care, behavioral health, and wellness services to Chicago's Southwest Side.DETAILS:- Practices evidence-based, cost-effective primary care in a team-based model- Makes appropriate diagnoses and prescribes appropriate prescriptions and referrals- Manage care by eliciting patient histories, performing physical examinations, providing accurate clinical diagnoses, prescribing evidence-based and cost-effective treatments, and providing patient education- 4-day clinic schedule with 1 day for admin time- Only requires 1 Saturday shift per month- Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) required- Work at a top Chicago facility known for its excellence in healthcare, offering a dynamic environment for impactful patient care
