Job Description
- Finish Carpentry: Repair, install, or adjust trim work, baseboards, crown molding, casing, wainscoting, and custom millwork. [1]
- Doors & Windows: Hang, align, and adjust interior/exterior doors, windows, and cabinet hardware so they operate smoothly. [1]
- Punch List Execution: Address and complete specific items from inspection checklists, such as fixing minor surface flaws or gaps. [1, 2, 3]
- Light Multi-Trade Repairs: Perform basic touch-ups that overlap with other trades, such as minor drywall patching, caulking, and paint touch-ups. [1, 2, 3]
- Site Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and inspectors to ensure quality standards are met prior to homeowner turnover. [1, 2]
- Site Upkeep: Operate hand and power tools safely, clean work areas thoroughly, and maintain a professional presence on active job sites. [1]
