Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in school-based settings highly preferred
• Strong background working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and eligible services
• Develop and implement therapy plans targeting speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student growth
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging therapy environment
