Head of Legal & Transactions - Private Equity

The Brydon Group seeks an experienced Chief Legal Officer to lead the firm’s internal legal function. You will partner with partners across investments, fund operations, governance, and portfolio matters, guiding strategic decisions and driving practical, scalable legal processes as the firm scales.
Based in Washington, DC, you will own core transactional work, manage outside counsel, and provide strategic legal support to portfolio companies and leadership.
