Qualifications
- State License License must be in hand at time of application.
- Certifications NBCOT (OTR)
- Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA)
- Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.
- References 1 reference within the last 2 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years.
- Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
- COVID Vaccine Regular testing required. Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
- Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
- Travel Contract Local contracts within 75.0 miles not accepted.
- Requested Time Off Up to 6 days of time off can be requested.
- Housing: Stipend provided. Best-in-class availability through our housing partner.
- Travel: Reimbursement for travel to your assignment.
- Medical/Dental: Major medical and dental plans available from your first day of work.
- Payroll: Weekly deposits direct to your bank account.
