Hours Per Week 40 Job Description The Clinical Psychologist Training Supervisor provides advanced clinical mental health services in individual and group settings within the BH Training Department. Primary duties include supervision of trainees, crisis intervention, assessment and diagnosis, short‑term stabilization, psychotherapy, psychological testing, evaluations, and consultations. Clinical supervision, educational presentations about clinical topics, and research activities may also be provided. Services are delivered based on sound theoretical principles, with knowledge of the special issues and needs of the population served. The incumbent develops strategies for the services provided to meet the multifaceted needs of a diverse population, and is expected to interface with internal and external service providers.
