Packing Laborer and Beginner Quality Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packing and Quality Specialist to join our team in Rochester, PA, 15074. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are packed efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify the quality of products before packing.
- Building Skids, Crates, boxes, and cartons each day.
- Accurately pack products according to specifications and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Document packing and quality control processes as required.
- Identify and report any quality issues or discrepancies.
- Assist in training new team members on packing and quality procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packing efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in packing, quality control, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.
