# Commercial Lending AssistantHot JobTenaya - Las Vegas , NV 89128## OverviewSalary Range$27.60 - $30.67 Hourly## DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities* + Obtain and review preliminary title reports, organizational documents and all pertinent documentation associated with closing commercial loans. + Document and close new and renewal loan requests + Process loan payments and advances. + Build/organize commercial loan files. + Track/update ticklers/covenants for commercial loans. + Assist Commercial Loan Officers and Asst. Commercial Loan Officers with duties. + Obtain pertinent daily and monthly reports for department. + Assist members/department with opening depository accounts including on-line access, remote deposits, ACH transactions etc... + Maintaining collateral files such as extending UCC's and recording deed of trust, etc. + Ordering of third-party documents such as, but not limited to flood certifications, preliminary title reports, credit reports, NADA reports, Carfax, etc. + Build and create commercial loan documents using Lazer Pro. + Board commercial loans onto the Credit Union’s core system. + Other Duties as assigned## QualificationsRequired Skills* + Strong understanding of commercial loan products, class codes, loan terms, purpose codes, collateral codes, and related commercial lending terminology. + Good communication skills + Good computer skills (Word, Excel, DNA, Lazer Pro, Co-Pilot) + Good organizational skills + Ability to work independently + Willingness to learn new duties #J-18808-Ljbffr
