Looking for an exceptional Sourcer to support recruiting efforts for our Energy Manufacturing teams. We hire the talent responsible for keeping our client running, from skill trades, to technicians, and leadership. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best talent. This role is onsite in Houston, TX. What You’ll Do Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop an intimate understanding of the business and their open roles Develop sourcing strategies and talent mapping to effectively build a robust pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates Take a data-driven approach to calibrate sourcing strategy and business expectations as needed Identify, attract, and assess top talent using various tools (ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Partner with recruiters to provide updates to the business and senior leadership Provide an excellent candidate interview experience What You’ll Bring 2+ years sourcing/recruiting niche roles (skilled trades, engineering, etc.) Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Gem, ATS systems) Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow Proficiency in traditional and unique sourcing techniques to include online social and professional networks, in addition to demonstrated ability to source beneath the surface Experience partnering with a senior recruiting and hiring team to strategize on identifying top talent Perks and Benefits While working as a Balance Staffing Associate, you will be able to take advantage of weekly pay, optional medical benefits, paid sick leave, and state-specific retirement saving options in accordance with state or local law.
