What You'll Be Doing Every day is a little different, but your work may include: Commercial building repairs and maintenance Drywall repairs, painting, and patching Door, frame, lock, and hardware repairs Ceiling tile replacement Carpentry and finish work Flooring and tile repairs Light plumbing fixes Light electrical troubleshooting and fixture replacement Preventative maintenance tasks Property punch-list and turnover work Identifying additional repair opportunities for clients Communicating with facility managers and property managers Delivering top-notch workmanship and customer service What We're Looking For We're seeking a true multi-skilled technician who can work independently and solve problems without someone looking over their shoulder.
