Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license (permanent state license required)
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements before assignment start
- 30-day notice requirement upon end of assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and clinical workflows
