$40,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Guide clients through the home buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Conduct market research to identify properties that meet clients' needs and preferences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
• Create and execute effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, securing favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for achieving sales goals.
• Utilize company-provided leads to expand the client base and increase sales opportunities effectively and efficiently.

• Must have an active NC Real Estate License, and a SC License is a plus!
• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and open communication.
• Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify properties that align with clients' needs and preferences.
• Experience in creating and executing effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions for clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to achieve sales goals collectively.
