Holland & Knight LLP is looking for a midlevel corporate associate with experience in emerging companies and venture capital. Responsibilities include advising clients on corporate matters, drafting financing documents, and providing legal guidance on governance issues. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience, a JD from an ABA Accredited Law School, and be licensed or ready to become licensed to practice in Georgia.
