Lab Assistant

In this support role, you'll collect blood samples, foster patient trust, and perform low complexity testing and culture set-up. • Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
• Monday - Friday
• Day shift, working between 7am – 4:30pm
• 8-hour shifts with start times varying
• 7am – 3:30pm; 7:30am-4pm; 8am-4:30pm
• On-site position at CentraCare Northway
• Position will float to Southway Clinic as well as other clinic locations as

needed Pay and Benefits: * Starting pay $19.15 per hour, exact wage determined by years of related experience

• Salary range: $19.15-28.71

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Must be able to be verified within 30-days of hire
• Transportation available for off-campus laboratory related activities

required * A valid driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of liability insurance coverage may be required

• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills required
• Prior experience in a Phlebotomist, Lab Assistant, or similar role preferred
• Graduate from or in the process of pursing a degree in laboratory or medicine
