Building on the success of the original West Hollywood location San Vicente is expanding to Santa Monica (opening November 2024) and New York City (opening January 2025). They are responsible for cultivating individualized relationships with our VIP members and guests while also prioritizing the organizational duties of the front desk. Duties and Responsibilities Answers phone calls and responds to emails with confidence and professional verbiage Takes restaurant reservations accurately and efficiently Works quickly with the Seven Rooms and Peoplevine Management systems Puts work orders, service requests and maintains logs books in Alice Hotel Systems Memorizes 5 outdoor areas of service, to seat guests efficiently and promptly when they arrive Ensures all rules of the club are understood and followed by all members and guests prior to entering the club Acknowledges guests’ needs, anticipates guests’ needs and always responds promptly to maintain positive guest relations at all times Informs manager of any guest complaints, requests or problems Maintains an organized and clean work area Follows all safety and sanitation procedures that pertain to the job QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Attributes Must be able to effectively communicate Must be a team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision Must be able to have a flexible schedule, work weekends and holidays Must be able to sustain composure, remain calm, and possess a positive attitude Must be service oriented with excellent customer service skills Must be able to follow directions with focus to detail, speed and accuracy Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Must be able to work well under time constraints and remain calm Must have the ability to input data in the POS system Must be able to read, speak, write and understand the English language Must be able to exercise confidentiality and discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr Svih Management
