We invest in people who want to grow their careers while working on impactful projects across the country.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Superintendent or Electrical General Superintendent to join our team for our nationwide pipeline of hotel renovation projects. You can be located anywhere in the United States and this is a true Traveling position. In this role, you will oversee electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while traveling to project locations as needed. You will be responsible for project financials, scheduling, coordination, and on site leadership; ensuring successful execution from start to finish.What You'll DoLead electrical projects from award through completionHospitality/Hotel Renovation divisionManage budgets, estimates, cost forecasting, and change ordersDevelop and maintain project schedules and manpower plansCoordinate closely with owners, general contractors, engineers, and field teamsOversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirementsProvide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project teamsTravel to project sites as required throughout the duration of projects3-6 Month projects, 7 days a weekWhat We're Looking For10+ years of experience managing electrical construction projectsExtensive knowledge of electrical systems, means and methods, and NEC standardsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environmentsStrong financial and contractual management skillsWillingness and flexibility to travel nationwide for project assignmentsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem solving abilitiesProficiency with project management software and Microsoft OfficeBenefitsBase ($160,000-$190,000) + BonusFurnished Rental House provided$100 a day Per Diem$800 Auto + Gas CardTravel Expenses paid for401k MatchFull Medical, Dental and VisionPTO
