Medtech Clinical Nurse Educator - Oncology and Critical Care - Per-Diem Phoenix, United States of America | Part time | Field-based | R1522903 Our RN Clinical Educators have a unique opportunity to employ their clinical nursing expertise outside of direct patient care, while collaborating with healthcare professionals and advocating for patient well‑being through medical device technology. Key Focus: Training and educating Registered Nurses and Physicians on an Infusion Pump System primarily used in Oncology and Critical Care units. No sales responsibilities or bedside care. Position Details: Per‑diem with regional/national travel; 2‑week per month commitment; average 2 assignments per month, 3‑5 days each. Responsibilities Provide peer‑to‑peer education and in‑servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to support medical device implementations. Assess customer‑specific education needs and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive educational experience. Utilize clinical nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns with the medical device. Provide updates, reports, and valuable feedback to client during and after in‑service assignments. Job Requirements RN Degree – Associates required, Bachelor's preferred. Active and Unrestricted RN license required. Oncology experience of at least 2 years highly preferred. Minimum 2‑3 years of Critical Care experience required. Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) helpful but not required. Comfortable using basic software programs. Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally. Compliance with client vaccination requirements if applicable. Compensation and Benefits Potential base pay range: $40‑$43 per hour. Additional compensation such as incentive plans, bonuses, or other benefits may be offered.
