Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2 years experience

Assignment Details

• 13 week assignment
• Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts
• 3 shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch
• 2 shifts from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM with a 30 minute lunch, Tuesday through Thursday
• Split between 2 outpatient clinics, 6 miles apart
• Average caseload of 11 patients per day
