What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Chairside Assisting: Provide high-quality, four-handed clinical assistance to our doctors during general, pediatric, implant, and cosmetic dental procedures. Patient Comfort Advocate: Welcome patients warmly, assist in managing dental anxiety with a gentle touch, and ensure they feel relaxed (and cozy with our clinic amenities!). Sterilization & Safety: Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and treatment rooms in strict accordance with ADA and OSHA standards. Radiography: Efficiently take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos. Patient Education: Clearly communicate post-operative instructions and promote the oral health connection with overall well-being. Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our hygienists and front office team to ensure seamless scheduling, smooth patient flow, and a positive office vibe. What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Qualifications) Experience: 2+ years of dental assisting experience is preferred (we value your clinical expertise and background!). License/Certification: Active Washington State Dental Assistant registration/license. CPR/BLS certification required.
