ABOUT THE BRAND

Galtsand is a high-growth men’s heritage and activewear brand along with a full women's activewear line.

We are based in Wellington, FL , and our production is already running at scale. Our range is deep, our quality is high, and our margins are built for wholesale. Manufacturing is solved—now we need the commercial leader to build our retail footprint in our US expansion

THE ROLE

We are hiring one experienced sales leader to own our wholesale distribution.

We don't need a corporate manager to write reports or sit in meetings—we need a proven rainmaker with active buyer relationships who can pick up the phone, get us in the room, and land volume orders from Day 1.

Your main focus will be landing major off-price and or volume accounts

Target Accounts Include:

• Off-Price & Volume Majors: Nordstrom Rack, TJX (T.J. Maxx, Marshalls), Ross, Burlington, Saks OFF 5TH, Costco, Sam's Club

• Full-Price Majors & Specialty: Nordstrom Mainline, REI, Dick’s Sporting Goods / House of Sport, Scheels, better men's independents, and premier golf & racquet clubs

• Collegiate & Campus Retail: Campus bookstores and team stores via Barnes & Noble College, Follett, and Fanatics

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Active Buyer Relationships: You bring an active "black book" of current, warm merchant and buyer contacts at major retail or off-price accounts. This is our #1 requirement.
  
  
• Proven Sales Track Record: 8+ years of experience selling apparel, sportswear, or outdoor brands into North American wholesale, with a proven history of closing multi-hundred-thousand-dollar POs.

• Volume Retail Savvy: You understand how major buyers operate—margin requirements, delivery windows, packaways, and stock buys.

• Self-Starter Mentality: You're comfortable carrying the bag, pitching the line, and building a channel from scratch with full backing from brand ownership.

COMPENSATION & PROCESS

• $150,000+ OTE (Uncapped): Includes a competitive base salary set during final offer stages based on your active buyer network, plus uncapped commission and key-account milestone bonuses.
