We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a transportation equipment manufacturing organization in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, coordinating with internal and external partners, and keeping orders and service requests moving efficiently. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for warranty matters, product support, and day-to-day customer communication while helping strengthen long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Manage warranty and return requests from initial intake through resolution, ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation.
• Partner with suppliers to gather product guidance and deliver technical assistance to customers as well as internal team members.
• Help customers investigate product issues by coordinating with suppliers to assess claims and identify appropriate next steps.
• Provide dedicated support to assigned field sales representatives and their accounts, helping maintain responsive service across the territory.
• Respond to customer questions through phone and written communication with clear, thorough, and solution-focused updates.
• Conduct outbound outreach to current customers to introduce additional products and encourage ongoing business growth.
• Monitor quotes and orders daily, following up with customers to confirm status, address concerns, and keep transactions on track.
• Guide customers through the company’s Sage ecommerce platform by delivering training and practical usage support.• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a related client-facing role.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and detail-oriented manner.
• Experience with order entry, order follow-up, or similar transactional support activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly to customers.
• Comfortable working with suppliers, sales teams, and customers to resolve issues and answer questions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer concerns and support issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
