Litigation Associate, San Francisco

Position Overview Kobre & Kim seeks an intellectually curious, globally‑minded lawyer to join our San Francisco office and work on high‑stakes, cross‑border matters. Responsibilities Work on high‑stakes litigation, investigations, and cross‑border matters. Craft novel legal strategies and provide solutions for complex client problems. Collaborate with cross‑border teams involved in criminal defense, regulatory enforcement, internal investigations, civil and commercial litigation, class actions, judgment enforcement, and asset recovery. Qualifications Graduated law school between 2019 and 2023. Juris Doctorate degree. Admission to the California Bar, or willingness to relocate and obtain admission. Strong background in litigation, intellectual property, white‑collar or insolvency matters. Robust writing, drafting, and editing skills. Benefits Unlimited support and training.
