Home Wound Care NP — Flexible Schedule, 7-8 Visits/Day

Bloom Healthcare is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home wound care for our patients in Aurora, Colorado. The role involves making 7–8 patient visits daily and requires a Master’s degree, Colorado licensure, and preferentially, wound certification.
