Responsibilities

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Insight Surgery Center (SCA Health) – Lone Tree, CO

Insight Surgery Center is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our dedicated surgical team. This is an excellent opportunity for CSTs looking to move into a surgery center environment with predictable schedules and a strong team culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Function as a scrub CST during operative and invasive procedures

• Prepare, clean, and transport surgical instruments to decontamination areas

• Assist with room turnover, setup, and preparation for subsequent cases

• Maintain sterile technique and anticipate surgeon and procedural needs

• Support a clean, organized, and efficient OR environment

• Perform additional duties as assigned in a fast‑paced outpatient setting

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program

• Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred

• Current CST certification preferred

• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire (or current BLS certification accepted at time of hire)

• USD $19.00/Hr. USD $29.00/Hr.
