What You’ll Do: As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll partner closely with the General Manager to: Lead multi-site operations – ensuring each location meets company standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience Drive business results – maximize market share, sales, and profit margins while keeping expenses in check Inspire and develop people – recruit, train, coach, and support site managers and staff Champion compliance & safety – OSHA, DOT, and environmental standards are always on your radar Oversee projects & capital investments – from equipment to land improvements, you’ll help move big ideas forward Deliver top-tier customer service – resolve major issues, maintain quality control, and keep us competitive in the market Requirements What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, safety, or multi-site management 5+ years of experience in the Landscape / Nursery / Horticulture field. With a strong understanding of Plants, Materials, and Products. Strong leadership and people management skills Knowledge of OSHA, and DOT, regulations Proven success in sales and operations management (horticulture experience a plus!)
