Job Description The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls and assisting Commcare clients accordingly. Minimum Requirements: Must be FL Registered and Certified Pharmacy Technician Required. High school graduate or GED. Call center experience in a healthcare setting. 1+ years of experience. PBX experience. The representative should possess strong decision making skills and analytical abilities and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
