Certified Athletic Trainer MLR Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Athletic Trainer to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: As a Certified Athletic Trainer, you will work with athletes and active individuals to prevent, diagnose, and treat sports-related injuries. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, coaches, and athletes to ensure optimal performance and recovery. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide immediate care and assessment of athletic injuries on-site.
- Develop and implement injury prevention programs and conditioning plans.
- Coordinate rehabilitation and return-to-play protocols for injured athletes.
- Maintain accurate records of injuries, treatments, and progress notes.
- Educate athletes, coaches, and parents about injury prevention and management.
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Attend practices and competitions to provide ongoing support and care.
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or a related field from an accredited program.
- Current certification by the Board of Certification (BOC) for Athletic Trainers.
- State licensure in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of sports medicine practices and injury management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling options.
