Position Type: Full-time and Part-time (MORNING SHIFT)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Basic Reading, Spelling, and Math Skills
• Adapt to accelerated training
• Consistency and reliability

• Able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 25 pounds on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Able to work outdoors for up to 2 hours at a time.
• Able to clean, scrub, and wipe down counters, restrooms, and the dining room.

Prior experience in establishments that are listed help, but are not required: Starbucks, Wendy's, Zaxby's, Five Guys, Burger King, Chipotle, McDonald's, Panera, Taco Bell, BestBuy, Papa John's, Pizza Hut, Hobby Lobby, Publix, Jersey Mike's, Domino's, Raising Cane's, and Kroger.
