Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to efficiently manage loading and unloading vehicles, moving stock, and ensuring all products are properly coded and stored. This role involves operating a sit-down forklift and pallet jack, pulling orders, assisting with warehouse stock placement, performing inventory and cycle counts, completing shipping/receiving paperwork and logs, and conducting monthly inventory independently. You will also assist with ingredient pulling and blending platform setup.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load/unload vehicles and move stock.
• Ensure all products are properly coded and stored.
• Pull orders and assist with warehouse stock placement.
• Perform inventory and cycle counts.
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork and logs.
• Conduct monthly inventory independently.
• Assist with ingredient pulling and blending platform setup.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in operating stand-up forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with material handling, picking, general labor.
• CDL certification.
• Familiarity with RF scanner, loading, packaging, pallet jack, sit-down forklift, order picking, and shipping.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced food environment with 2nd shift currently available. The facility supports a team-oriented atmosphere with opportunities to develop your skills in a dynamic setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Chicago, IL.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
