Your role and responsibilities Responsibilities Analyze current warehouse and logistics operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Design and implement innovative solutions to address inefficiencies, leveraging supply‑chain expertise to drive productivity gains, cost reductions, and improved customer satisfaction. Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful transformation projects. Lead transformation projects to achieve desired business outcomes, ensuring timely and effective implementation of solutions. This role can be performed from anywhere within the US. Required Education Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Education None Required Technical and Professional Expertise Supply Chain Principles: Proven experience in supply chain and logistics, including warehouse operations and process optimization. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement. Logistics Operations: Hands‑on experience designing and implementing solutions to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Familiarity with warehouse management technologies such as Manhattan Active, WMOS, WMi, Blue Yonder, and SAP EWM is highly valued. Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross‑functional stakeholders and drive transformation initiatives. Transformation Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading transformation projects end‑to‑end, ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes and measurable impact. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Supply Chain Optimization Knowledge: Experience with advanced supply‑chain and logistics concepts, including warehouse management systems and transportation management systems. Data Analysis Tools Familiarity: Exposure to data analysis tools and methodologies, such as statistical process control and predictive analytics. Industry Benchmarking Awareness: Experience with industry benchmarking and best practices in warehouse and logistics operations.
