Oracle P2P Functional SME

To support production operations, the full-time Oracle P2P Functional SME will provide functional troubleshooting and end-user support across Oracle ERP P2P modules in a federal financial environment, ensuring reliable system operations and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: Provide functional support for Oracle P2P modules, including Core Purchasing, iProcurement, Accounts Payable, and Supplier Management Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve P2P functional issues while coordinating with technical teams for system improvements Support month-end and year-end financial close activities and assist with patch validation and system upgrades Required Qualifications: Strong understanding of Oracle Federal Financials Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes Experience providing functional production support in an Oracle ERP environment Knowledge of Oracle workflows, approval hierarchies, and supplier setups Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
