Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is an $100-million mechanical contracting company that serves Delaware, South Eastern PA, Richmond-Williamsburg, Virginia, and Maryland markets. We are the largest mechanical contractor in the tri-state area (DE, PA, MD) expanding into the Richmond, VA area. We do residential and commercial installations of HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and fire protection. Qualifications For a Residential Custom Homes Hvac Installer Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 8+ years of HVAC Install experience Knowledge of applicable state codes Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction and ability to read blueprints Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics Do you have good communication skills? Are you self-motivated and career-minded? Do you work well as part of a team? Can you deal courteously and tactfully with customers and fellow workers in the construction trades?
