Boutique Director

Summary The Boutique Director leads boutique sales, client development, team performance, and daily operations. This role drives business growth while delivering an exceptional client experience and upholding brand standards. Responsibilities Achieve sales goals and KPIs, develop strategic sales plans, and pursue local business opportunities. Train, motivate, and develop the boutique team; coach on the selling floor and oversee performance reviews and recruitment. Deliver exceptional client service, develop CRM activities, and execute client events and outreach. Oversee boutique expenses, staffing, scheduling, reporting, inventory, shipping, security, and stock quality. Maintain boutique standards and visual merchandising in alignment with brand guidelines. Requirements 5 to 10 years of experience in luxury retail and/or the service industry. Experience developing teams and implementing actionable development plans. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
