Administrative Patient Service Representative - Hematology/Oncology

Join a dedicated healthcare team as an Administrative Patient Service Representative specializing in Hematology and Oncology. Experience and Skills: One to three years of medical office experience is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs at an intermediate level and familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phones, fax, copy machines, and telemedicine devices are necessary. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and effective communication skills to interact with patients and staff are important. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is preferred.
